7. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice should include:

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information, including mailing address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your location or another applicable jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

8. Repeat Infringers

9. No Duty to Monitor
