The current asaphub.io has a privacy policy but no formal Impressum — the entity is Singapore-registered, but this page now targets the German market (§5 DDG / TMG requires an Impressum for German visitors). To complete: company registration number (UEN), managing director(s), and — if applicable to the German activity — Handelsregister entry and USt-ID. This ties into the recurring SG↔DE entity-mismatch flag: confirm whether the German-facing offer runs under the Singapore entity or a separate DE entity.
